I did this whole painting in ArtRage 2. There insn't much to sat about technique as you just start throwing down colors in that program. I like it! Makes it feel like real paint!

As for the mood of the piece I thought that I wanted it to have that warmer feel or earthiness so to speek with a saturated palette. My usual would want to lean it into the reds and blues, but I was concious about it this time and fought the urge all the way to the end.
